Ordering & Personalisation
When you select a personalised blanket, simply enter the baby’s name, initials, or message in the personalisation box on the product page. You can also choose your preferred font and thread colour before checkout.
Product & Dispatch
All Little Polly Bear blankets are handmade in our UK studio using soft, 100% cotton knit and durable embroidery threads.
Delivery
We currently ship across the UK. For international enquiries, please contact us directly before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Because each personalised blanket is made to order, we can’t accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Care & Quality
Machine wash at 30°C. Avoid bleach and tumble drying to protect the embroidery and softness. Iron on a low heat if required.
