These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website.

2. Using Our Website

By placing an order with Little Polly Bear, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

Please read these Terms carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about anything, we recommend contacting us before completing your purchase.

3. Our Products

We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information on our website are accurate.

Please note:

• Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings

• Materials and print placement may vary due to handmade or production processes

• Personalised details will be produced exactly as entered

• Size guides are provided for guidance only

From time to time, minor changes may be made to products to meet legal, safety, or manufacturing requirements.

4. Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Most Little Polly Bear items are made to order and/or personalised.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged if you change your mind or submit incorrect personalisation details.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs so we can resolve the matter promptly.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

6. Delivery

Dispatch times are estimates and are shown on product pages where relevant.

Please ensure delivery details are entered correctly. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking details will be provided where available. If an item is marked as delivered but not received, a courier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund can be issued.

International orders may be subject to customs or import charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Cancellations & Order Changes

Once an order for a personalised or made-to-order item has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

For non-personalised items, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.

8. Returns & Refunds

Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days of the order date, provided they are unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging intact.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Personalised items

• Made-to-order products

• Gift sets or bundles containing personalised or hygiene items

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of goods transfers to you once payment is received in full.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.

10. Liability

Little Polly Bear is not liable for:

• Delivery delays outside our control

• Errors in customer-supplied information

• Minor design or colour variations

Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, and images, remains the property of Little Polly Bear and may not be used without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
